Meeting Updates

In accordance with our 2019 annual meeting, the following updates have been made to our website:

• The minutes for the 2019 annual meeting are now available on the Meeting Minutes page.
• Budgets for 2019 and 2020 can be viewed on the Annual Budgets page. 
• The list of homeowners with unpaid dues has been updated. 
• A page has been created for the newly-formed Harbor Drive Road Committee. All future reports and information from the committee will be made available there. 
• Our Board Members page has been updated to reflect recent membership changes.

The following updates and information from the Association’s 2018 meeting are now available:

• The 2018 budget and proposed budget for fiscal year 2019 are now viewable on the Budgets page.
• The list of homeowners who have yet to pay their 2018-19 dues is viewable on the Annual Dues page
• The minutes for the entire meeting are available on the Meeting Minutes page.

Our website also received a mild redesign in early 2019. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues or have suggestions.
